Proverbs 22:6

Jonah took a trip to hang out with his cousin Kiva in Sherman, Texas before school gets started. They had a lot of fun and as you can see he has been properly introduced to things important for his upbringing. :-)
We are doing well as a family. Jonah loves to be read to every chance you get. He will go and get his books, hand it to you and start climbing in your lap. Alasha and I love it. It was so awesome having the Martins here. AJ and Drew are wonderful people and I took the chance to hug them both because for me it was like hugging my family in Portland.
Mike Sellers recently came and visited, came to church and went to lunch with us. (Please bring Kay the next time) It was so good to see Mike and talk about the awesome things God is doing.
Well I miss you Northwest and God is still blessing us like always. Take care.

Jonah Pulling His Weight

Alasha and I have had to have a sit down with Jonah and explain to him that as much as he eats, he is going to have to start pulling his weight and help out around the house. So this is what Alasha found him doing one day this week when she was doing other house chores. :-)

One Way To Beat the "Heat"

Sorry for taking so long to post. I put our camera in the nursery here at the church and totally forgot about it. I have recovered the camera and now I have pic's to put up so you can see how Jonah is growing. He is already up to Alasha's waste. He is growing like mad and now he can say' "no and thank you". If you ask him, "Who is Jonah?" he points to himself. It is so awesome to watch the miracle of a baby grow right before your eyes.
Here he is out in our back yard standing in a big plastic tub splashing water and having a great time with mom. God bless you all.
